Feed the ribbon into one of the holes and out through the other. Repeat on the opposite side for the second handle.
You only need about 4 inches of ribbon sticking out of each side. Trim if the ribbon is too long.
If you don't have ribbon, use the excess T-shirt material from your ghost eyes and smile. Double up on the T-shirt material for each handle to make it extra strong.
