My Review
Love love, love this show!! Love the cast first of all. Secondly the family dynamics are intricate and interesting. The storylines are about real parenting issues, relationships and how everything is intertwined. I love the teen issues and how close the adult siblings are. I really don't like Sarah being slutty. I love the humor in the show, the meddling (out of love, not manipulation) and especially how they can all count on each other, their unconditional love is so fun to experience vicariously.
Which storylines relate most to your family life?
Sarah and her kids. I have 2 teenagers and moved in with my parents last year. Plus the mommy wars are very entertaining.
What storylines would you like to see the show take on?
Hayley saving her virginity for marriage. Also having Amber become a serious student and be college oriented and all of the challenges, social and otherwise, she would encounter.
What would you change about the show?
Develop Joel's character more. Give him some problems, like Julia's job is in jeopardy and he gets an amazing job offer that he wants to take. Who would watch Sydney?
