My Review
I can't get enough of NBC's show Parenthood, I think the story lines are brilliant, the way the characters interact with each other is seamless, it's almost like watching a real family on the t.v. screen!
I love the love/hate relationship between Sarah and Amber because it gives the show more pace and makes it spontaneous, you can never guess what is going to happen next in their relationship.
The portrayal of Max with his Aspergers is the best portrayal of someone with an illness like that i've ever seen, and especially from someone so young! Adam and Kristina always look genuinely worried for Max's welfare.
Overall, I think that Parenthood shows off the very best of American t.v, the acting, the script writing, even the people behind the cameras!
I commend anyone who has a role in any part of making this t.v series! Can't wait for season 2!
Which storylines relate most to your family life?
The relationship between Haddie and her mum Kristina relates most to my family life because whenever I see them two I think of me and my mum, without me dying my hair black and using black lipstick!
What storylines would you like to see the show take on?
I would love to see who Sarah's next partner is and also how Zeek is handling his debt! Will they lose the family home, will Sarah ever move out of her parents, will Amber and Steve get together again?
What would you change about the show?
I would change Sarah's relationship with Jim from Berkeley coffee. I don't think that they should have got back together after splitting up many years ago!
