Walk, bike, or scooter to school
- We love it when we can finally take our bikes and scooters out of storage and use them to get to and from school or to run errands.

Plant the garden
- We have long, cold, snowy winters where I live, so the kids and I love planting our veggie garden in the spring. Each girl gets her own raised bed (about 2' by 2') to plant what she wants. I wish I could say having a garden makes them more willing to eat their vegetables (it doesn't), but at least they're learning where food comes from. Maybe one day they won't spit out the tomatoes.
